Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1324.34: Order constituting rural water districts

Upon the affirmative order of the board of county commissioners

to organize a district, the district shall be deemed to constitute a

rural water district and shall comply with the provisions of the

Rural Water, Sewer, Gas and Solid Waste Management Districts Act.
