Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1324.8: Filing of water purchase contracts

When a water purchase contract has been executed, the board of

directors shall either file a copy of the water purchase contract

with the Oklahoma Water Resources Board or file an application for

appropriation of water with the board.
