Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1609: Cooperative agreements for delineation of floodplains and

adoption of regulations.

The floodplain boards may enter into cooperative agreements

pursuant to the "Interlocal Cooperation Act" for the delineation of

floodplains and adoption of regulations to manage development within

the floodplains.
