Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1620: Floodplain administrators

A. Each floodplain board shall designate a person to serve as

the floodplain administrator to administer and implement floodplain

regulations.

B. Each floodplain administrator shall be accredited by the

Oklahoma Water Resources Board.
