Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-277.19: Inactive districts

If a district is inactive, the district judge of the county in

which the greater part of the district is situated may designate a

board of directors who shall act with the same authority and in the

same manner in dissolving the district as if such board had been

duly elected officers of the district.
