Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-506: Jurisdiction of courts over creation of districts

Jurisdiction of all actions for the creation of conservancy

districts as outlined in this act is hereby specifically conferred

upon the various district courts of the State of Oklahoma and upon

the Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma to be exercised in the

manner herein prescribed.
