Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-543: Court costs

At the time of filing the petition, the petitioners shall

deposit as court costs the sum of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00),

which deposit shall be in lieu of bond and the court may require

such additional deposits of costs as may be necessary from time to

time.
