Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-567: Entry upon lands for surveys and examinations

The board of directors of any district organized under this act,

or their employees or agents, including the contractors and their

employees, and the members of the Board of appraisers and their

assistants, may enter upon lands within or without the district in

order to make surveys and examinations to accomplish the necessary

preliminary purposes of the district, or to have access to the work,

the district being liable, however, for actual damages done, but no

unnecessary damage shall be done.
