Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-672: Injury to survey marks prohibited - Penalty

The willful destruction, injury or removal of any bench marks,

witness marks, stakes or other reference marks, placed by surveyors

or engineers of the district, or by contractors in constructing the

works of the district, shall be a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine

not exceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
