Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-887: Waters of Grand River and reservoirs thereon as

nonnavigable and waters of State of Oklahoma.

That the waters of Grand River in Oklahoma and the Pensacola and

Markham Ferry Reservoirs, located thereon, be and are hereby

determined and declared to be non-navigable and waters of the State

of Oklahoma.
