Okla. Stat. tit. 85A, § 85A-104: Workers' Compensation Commission and Self-Insurance

Guaranty Fund Board liability.

No member or personnel of the Workers' Compensation Commission,

the Self-insurance Guaranty Fund Board, or administrative law judge

shall be liable in a civil proceeding for any act performed in good

faith in the performance of that person's powers or duties under

this act.
