Okla. Stat. tit. 85A, § 85A-123: Perjury

Where this section sits in the code

Any form, claim, answer or report to be filed by any person with

the Workers' Compensation Commission pursuant to this act shall

contain or be verified by a written declaration that such form,

claim, answer or report is true and made under the penalty of

perjury.
