ORS 100.122: Declaration prevails over inconsistent provisions of bylaws or articles of incorporation.

In the event of a conflict between the declaration and the bylaws or between the declaration and any articles of incorporation, the declaration shall prevail except to the extent the declaration is inconsistent with ORS 100.005 to 100.910.
