ORS 133.065: Service of criminal citation.

If a criminal citation is issued as described in ORS 133.055, the peace officer shall serve one copy on the person arrested and shall, as soon as practicable, file a duplicate copy with the magistrate specified in ORS 133.055 along with proof of service.
