ORS 147.135: Processing compensation application; order; contents.

After processing the application filed under ORS 147.105 the Department of Justice shall enter an order stating:
(1) Its findings of fact; and
(2) Its decision as to whether or not compensation is due under ORS 147.005 to 147.367.
