ORS 181A.165: Crimes for which criminal offender information is required.

The following crimes are crimes for which criminal offender information must be provided:
(1) Any felony;
(2) Any misdemeanor or other offense which involves criminal sexual conduct; or
(3) Any crime which involves a violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act.
