ORS 181A.201: Authority of humane investigation agency to require fingerprints.

For the purpose of requesting a state or nationwide criminal records check under ORS 181A.195, a humane investigation agency, as defined in ORS 181A.340, may require the fingerprints of a person who:

      (1) Is employed or applying for employment by the agency; or

      (2) Provides services or seeks to provide services to the agency as a contractor, vendor or volunteer.
