Chapter 21 — State Court Fees

(1) A circuit court shall collect the filing fee established under ORS 21.145 for the filing of the initial documents in a guardianship proceeding and for filing an appearance in a guardianship proceeding.

(2) The fees established under this section apply to county courts exercising probate jurisdiction.
