Chapter 240 — State Personnel Relations

In cooperation with appointing authorities, the Personnel Division shall establish a system of merit ratings to determine the quality of performance and relative merit of employees in the classified service. [Amended by 1969 c.80 §71; 1979 c.468 §16]
