ORS 251.008: Joint production of state and county voters’ pamphlet.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of State and a county may enter into an intergovernmental agreement as provided in ORS 190.003 to 190.130 under which the Secretary of State and the county clerk of the county may jointly produce a voters’ pamphlet for any election as provided under this chapter or any other law relating to production and distribution of a voters’ pamphlet.
