Chapter 261 — People’s Utility Districts

Except as otherwise specifically provided in this chapter, every district election shall be conducted in accordance with ORS 255.005 to 255.035, 255.055, 255.075, 255.085, 255.215 to 255.288 and 255.295 to 255.345.
