ORS 285A.080: Salaries and expenses of personnel.

The Director of the Oregon Business Development Department and all unclassified personnel shall receive such salary as may be provided by law or be fixed by the Oregon Business Development Commission. In addition to salaries, the director and all unclassified personnel, subject to the limitations otherwise provided by law, shall be reimbursed for all reasonable expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of official duties.
