The Director of the Oregon Business Development Department, in accordance with ORS chapter 183, may adopt rules for the operation of the Oregon Infrastructure Finance Authority as the director determines necessary or convenient for the authority to perform its duties and functions and as are consistent with and necessary to carry out the policies established by the Oregon Infrastructure Finance Authority Board.
