ORS 291.030: “Agency” defined for ORS 291.032 and 291.034.

As used in ORS 291.032 and 291.034, “state agency” or “agency” includes the Legislative Assembly, at its option, or any of its statutory, standing, special or interim committees, at the option of such committee, and the courts and their officers and committees and the constitutional state officers, at their option.
