ORS 335.502: Cost of educating elementary pupils after course lengthened to include elementary grades.

Whenever the course of study in a union high school district is extended to include grades below the ninth grade, the union high school district shall be responsible for providing for the education of the pupils in the included grades and the cost of educating such pupils shall be included in the union high school district budget and not in the budgets of the component common school districts.
