ORS 352.163: Rates, charges and fees for use of buildings, structures and projects.

A public university listed in ORS 352.002 may establish rates, charges and fees for use of buildings, structures and projects under its control. The rates and charges shall be sufficient, in the judgment of the governing board of the university and with other available revenues, as defined in ORS 352.157, to pay the operating costs and any indebtedness for the buildings, structures and projects.
