The Oregon Criminal Justice Scientific Advisory Committee is established to provide assistance and advice to the Criminal Justice Research and Policy Institute. The director of the Mark O. Hatfield School of Government shall appoint the members of the advisory committee. In order to serve as a member of the advisory committee, a person must have earned a graduate degree in a related field from an accredited university.
