ORS 403.320: Board as governing body of district; president of board.

Chapter 403 — Emergency Communications System; 2-1-1 System; Public Safety Communications Systems

(1) The district board is the governing body of the district and shall exercise all powers thereof.

(2) At its first meeting or as soon thereafter as may be practicable, the board shall choose one of its members as president.
