ORS 409.055: Copies of rules to be available in local offices; availability for inspection.

The Department of Human Services shall maintain in each of its local offices copies of its rules and regulations that the department is required to file with the Secretary of State. Copies of the rules and regulations shall be available for public use and inspection during regular business hours and shall be compiled and indexed in a manner that will facilitate their use.
