Chapter 411 — Public Assistance and Medical Assistance

(1) Any loss for which this state or its agencies may be liable to reimburse the federal government, in accordance with federal laws or regulations applicable to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, shall be paid from funds appropriated to the Department of Human Services for the purposes of ORS 411.806 to 411.845.

(2) Subsection (1) of this section shall not relieve any person of any civil or criminal liability to this state.
