Chapter 411 — Public Assistance and Medical Assistance

The Department of Human Services shall submit an annual written report to the Legislative Assembly and the Governor containing a full and complete analysis of the JOBS Plus Program. The report shall include recommendations regarding appropriate revisions to the program. [1995 c.561 §16 and 1995 c.816 §31; 2025 c.405 §12]
