ORS 414.034: Acceptance of federal billing, reimbursement and reporting forms.

The Oregon Health Authority shall accept federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services billing, reimbursement and reporting forms instead of department billing, reimbursement and reporting forms if the federal forms contain substantially the same information as required by the department forms.
