ORS 414.857: Reduction in rate required by federal law.

Notwithstanding ORS 414.855, the Director of the Oregon Health Authority shall reduce the rate of assessment imposed under ORS 414.855 (1) to the maximum rate allowed under federal law if the reduction is required to comply with federal law.
