ORS 414.871: Applicability of hospital assessment.

ORS 414.853 to 414.869 and 414.900 apply to net inpatient revenues and net outpatient revenues earned by hospitals during a period beginning July 1, 2019, and ending the earlier of December 31, 2032, or the date on which the assessment no longer qualifies for federal financial participation under Title XIX or XXI of the Social Security Act.
