Chapter 416 — Recovery and Reimbursement of Aid

Any person who makes, renders, signs or verifies any false or fraudulent statement, or supplies any false or fraudulent information with intent to evade any lawful requirement of the Department of Human Services or the Oregon Health Authority is guilty of a misdemeanor.
