ORS 420.031: Wardship over adjudicated youth at youth correction facility; legal custody of adjudicated youth.

(1) The granting of legal custody and guardianship over the adjudicated youth to the Oregon Youth Authority does not terminate the juvenile court’s jurisdiction over the adjudicated youth.

      (2) Upon parole of the adjudicated youth from a youth correction facility, the legal custody of the adjudicated youth is vested in the parents of the adjudicated youth or other person to whom the adjudicated youth is returned, subject to ORS 420.045 (3).
