As used in ORS 421.282 to 421.294, unless the context requires otherwise:
(1) “Compact” means the Western Interstate Corrections Compact as set forth in ORS 421.284.
(2) “Inmate,” “institution” and “state” have the meanings defined in Article II of the compact.
