Chapter 441 — Health Care Facilities

ORS 441.525 to 441.595 shall be liberally construed to effect its purposes. In the event that any portion of ORS 441.525 to 441.595 is declared invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of record, the remaining provisions of ORS 441.525 to 441.595 shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect.
