ORS 441.991: Civil penalty for violation of ORS 441.098.

If the Health Licensing Office or the appropriate health professional regulatory board takes disciplinary action under ORS 441.099, the office or board may also impose a civil penalty of not more than $1,000 on a health practitioner for violating ORS 441.098 (2), (3), (4) or (5).
