ORS 442.503: Eligibility for economic development grants.

In addition to any other authorized uses of funds for economic development available from the Administrative Services Economic Development Fund, economic development grants may be made for the purpose of constructing, equipping, refurbishing, modernizing and making other capital improvements for type A and B rural hospitals, as defined under ORS 442.470.
