ORS 452.210: County contracts with cities, vector control districts or other counties on vector control.

Any county court may contract with any incorporated city, any vector control district, or with the county court of any other county on any matter incident to the eradication, prevention and control of public health vectors and vector habitats using integrated pest management methods and for the supervision of such work by county employees.
