ORS 455.595: Energy Efficient Construction Account.

The State Treasurer is authorized to establish an Energy Efficient Construction Account for the purpose of providing energy engineering and technical assistance studies to state and other public buildings. Moneys credited to this account from payments for energy engineering or technical assistance studies and other revenues as authorized by the appropriate legislative review agency are continuously appropriated for the payment of these expenses.
