Chapter 458 — Housing and Community Services Programs; Individual Development Accounts

Every lease entered into pursuant to ORS 458.405 to 458.460 shall be authorized by order of the state agency executing the lease and shall provide such terms and conditions as may be fixed by the government body executing the lease.
