ORS 459.340: Implementation of the solid waste reduction program by metropolitan service district.

(1) The metropolitan service district shall implement the provisions of the solid waste reduction program as adopted by the metropolitan service district.

      (2) Before the metropolitan service district council amends the district’s solid waste reduction program, the district shall submit the proposed amendment to the Department of Environmental Quality for review and comment.
