Chapter 459A — Reuse and Recycling

(1) In accordance with the applicable provisions of ORS chapter 183 relating to contested case proceedings, the Department of Environmental Quality may issue an order requiring compliance with the provisions of ORS 459A.820 to 459A.855.

(2) The department may bring an action against any producer or stewardship organization in violation of the provisions of ORS 459A.820 to 459A.855.
