Chapter 460 — Elevators; Amusement Rides and Devices

All moneys from fees collected by the Department of Consumer and Business Services under ORS 460.310 to 460.370 shall be paid into the Consumer and Business Services Fund created by ORS 705.145 and are continuously appropriated to the department for use as provided in ORS 455.022.
