ORS 469.533: State Department of Energy rules for health protection and evacuation procedures in nuclear emergency.

Notwithstanding ORS chapter 401, the State Department of Energy in cooperation with the Oregon Health Authority and the Oregon Department of Emergency Management shall establish rules for the protection of health and procedures for the evacuation of people and communities who would be affected by radiation in the event of an accident or a catastrophe in the operation of a nuclear power plant or nuclear installation.
