ORS 475A.554: Prohibition against refusing to perform duties on basis that certain conduct is prohibited by federal law.

(1) The Oregon Health Authority, the State Department of Agriculture and the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may not refuse to perform any duty under ORS 475A.210 to 475A.722 on the basis that manufacturing, distributing, dispensing, possessing or using psilocybin products is prohibited by federal law.

      (2) The authority may not revoke or refuse to issue or renew a license or permit under ORS 475A.210 to 475A.722 on the basis that manufacturing, distributing, dispensing, possessing or using psilocybin products is prohibited by federal law.
