ORS 475C.057: Lawful production, delivery and possession of marijuana items.

Licensees and licensee representatives may produce, deliver and possess marijuana items subject to the provisions of ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525 and rules adopted under ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525. The production, delivery or possession of marijuana items by a licensee or a licensee representative in compliance with ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525 and rules adopted under ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525 does not constitute a criminal or civil offense under the laws of this state.
