ORS 475C.648: Authority of State Department of Agriculture, Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission for certain violations of ORS 475C.600 to 475C.648.

(1) If a person violates a provision of ORS 475C.600 to 475C.648 or a rule adopted under ORS 475C.600 to 475C.648 with regard to an industrial hemp-derived vapor item:

      (a) The State Department of Agriculture may impose disciplinary action described in ORS 571.285 and impose a civil penalty under ORS 571.348 if the person is a grower or handler licensed under ORS 571.281.

      (b) The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may impose a civil penalty under ORS 475C.644 if the person is not a grower or handler licensed under ORS 571.281.

      (2) The commission and the department may adopt rules to carry out this section. [2021 c.646 §12; 2025 c.2 §34]
